A tentative settlement has been reached and is pending court approval in three purported class action lawsuits filed on behalf of shareholders. The suits were filed over BT Group plc's proposed acquisition of Infonet and have been consolidated as In re Infonet Services Corporation Shareholder Litigation, Lead Case No. BC324238. (Feb-11-05)
