Advantage Bank Inflated Mortgage Settlement

Customers from Ohio, West Virginia, and Indiana filed a class action lawsuit against the mortgage loan company for allegedly charging inflated interest rates on homes sold since February 2000. The proposed settlement will award customers a $475,000 settlement. (Jul-26-05) [DAYTON BUSINESS JOURNAL]
