Attorney General Tom Miller, Department of Public Safety Commissioner Kevin W. Techau and Department of Transportation Director Mark Wandro had filed a class action lawsuit against the state of Iowa on behalf of illegal aliens. The immigrants were denied the legal right to obtain a state drivers license and the Iowa Supreme Court upheld this decision. (Feb-19-05)
