Massachusetts - A consolidated securities class action lawsuit was filed in federal court against the company, its president and chief executive alleging securities fraud. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of all persons who purchased the common stock of Ibis Technology between October 2, 2003 and December 12, 2003. Ibis Technology agreed in principle to settle the class action for $1.9 million. (Oct-02-06)
