A $2.15 million settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of employees. The suit alleged that AlliedSignal Automotive Aftermarket, a company acquired by Honeywell, violated the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 during the reorganization of 1997 when the company either terminated or demoted a class of sales managers and representatives because of their age.
