The car company has agreed to pay 1,200 employees $2 million for unpaid overtime. The class action lawsuit was filed in the US District Court of Florence and alleged the company should have paid employees for preparation time before work. The class includes employees from July 1st, 2001 to July 31st, 2003 who spent time changing into and out of uniforms. (Mar-12-05)
