Two African American women tried to file a class action lawsuit against the unisex hair salon chain alleging racial discrimination. The company is owned by Creative Hairdressers Inc. A U.S. District Judge dismissed the class noting the Hair Cuttery did not differentiate services or prices for customers based on their race. (Nov-12-05)
