Gilead Sciences Inc. Class Action Dismissed

Shareholders tried to file a securities fraud class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. The case was filed on behalf of all persons or entities that purchased or otherwise acquired Gilead Sciences, Inc. securities from July 14, 2003 to October 28, 2003.
