A class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota against the outdoor lifestyle retail company alleging securities fraud. The class was filed on behalf of all securities purchasers of Gander Mountain Company from April 20, 2004 through January 13, 2005. The court has dismissed the class with prejudice. (Jan-17-06)
