Food Tree gasoline spill Settlement

The Wood County gas station has agreed to settle an environmental class action lawsuit alleging the company contaminated drinking water. Rudolph residents claimed a gasoline spill contaminated their well water. Food Tree has agreed to construct two new wells and pay $8000 in other damages. (April-01-05) [WSAW NEWS]
