Two female Country Club Restaurant employees filed a class action lawsuit against several male supervisors for harassment. The women alleged they were victims of crude, suggestive comments and unwanted touching. After filing reports of the alleged abuse, the association retaliated by reducing their work hours, subsequently forcing the women to quit. Canyon Lake Owners agreed to pay the two a $285,000 out of court settlement, but admits no wrongdoing. (Apr-12-05)
