In 1991, service station dealers filed a class action lawsuit against the gasoline company. ExxonMobil's Discount for Cash program promised its service station dealers a discount in the wholesale price of motor fuel. The class claimed ExxonMobil allegedly breached its obligation to provide the discount and fraudulently concealed the breach. A Federal District Court Judge has granted final approval of the $1.075 billion class action settlement. (Apr-05-06)
