Anthony Allen and Gregory Maynard Settlement

A class action lawsuit was filed on behalf of investors against the estate planning business partners. The lawsuit claimed Allen and his partner Maynard defrauded 120 customers out of $14 million. A fraud settlement has been approved for $5.25 million. (May-07-05)
