A verdict has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of thousands of former tenants. Palm Beach County Circuit Judge Susan R. Lubitz has ruled that Equity knowingly violated Florida law by illegally penalizing tenants for terminating their leases early. (Dec-06-04)
