EPIX Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Class Action Dismissed

Shareholders filed a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. The class was filed on behalf of all persons who purchased the publicly traded securities of EPIX Pharmaceuticals between July 10, 2003 and January 14, 2005.
