Electronic Arts Unpaid Overtime Class Action Settlement

Entry level computer graphic artists filed a class action against the world's largest video game maker alleging unpaid overtime. Electronic Arts has agreed to award employees a $15.6 million settlement and will reclassify some salaried workers as hourly employees. (Oct-06-05) [CENTRE DAILY]
