Consumers from North Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin filed a class action lawsuit against the company for allegedly selling defective radiant heating cables used in floor based heating systems. A Federal District Court Judge in Indiana approved the $10 million settlement; individual class members may receive payments up to $2,500 or be provided with an alternative heating system.
