A class action lawsuit was filed on behalf of approximately 450 current and former employees who were allegedly misclassified as exempt from overtime in violation of California overtime laws. The case was filed in the California Superior Court for the County of Los Angeles alleging unpaid overtime. The maximum amount of the class action settlement, including claim payments and related taxes and expenses, administrative fees and class counsel fees and expenses, is $750,000.
