A settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit that alleged their full size baby cribs with ten-spindle mattress platforms manufactured between 1994 and 1998 were unsafe for infant use. The plaintiffs will receive either a either a crib repair kit, or a coupon for $55.00 which may be used toward the purchase of any Dorel Juvenile Group product. (Oct-06-03)
