Dollar Financial Corp.

Three class action lawsuits were filed against the financial services company on behalf of current and former employees for allegedly misclassifying certain store and area managers as exempt from California state overtime requirements. The classes also claimed Dollar computed bonuses payable to store managers using an impermissible profit sharing formula.
