A verdict has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of approximately 3,000 current and former farmworkers. The suit alleged that the company had forced the plaintiffs to spend an estimated 1.3 million unpaid hours commuting to work in D'Arrigo buses over a four-year period, and a federal judge has ruled that the company must now pay them for that time.
