A $10 million dollar settlement has been reached and is pending final approval in the class action lawsuit filed against CyberGuard Corporation. The suit was filed in 1998 against the company and certain of its former officers on behalf of shareholders who purchase common stock of the company from October 7, 1997 to August 21, 1998.
