Wrigley Field Premium Ticket Services and The Chicago Cubs.

A verdict has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of purchasers of tickets from Premium from April 2002 to May 15, 2003. The suit alleged that the team was scalping their own tickets, and the suit was seeking refunds and damages for plaintiffs.
