GrowthWorks Canadian Fund Ltd. proposed a settlement against a class action suit filed against Crocus in an effort to recover shareholders' money. The proposal, contingent on court approval, would facilitate Growthworks' purchase and allow monies in the Fund to be paid out to shareholders. (May-31-06)
