Shareholders tried to file a class action lawsuit against the company alleging securities fraud. The case was filed in the United States District Court for the District of Washington on behalf of the purchasers of Cray Inc. securities between July 31, 2003 and May 12, 2005. Plaintiffs alleged during the class period that Cray failed to disclose and misrepresented material adverse facts which were known to defendants or recklessly disregarded. The U.S. District Court dismissed both the consolidated class action litigation and the consolidated derivative litigation filed against its present and former officers and directors. (May-02-06)
