A $44.5 million settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of consumers who purchased the blood-thinning medication, Coumadin. The suit alleged that the company disseminated false and misleading information about generic versions of Coumadin. (Dec-10-04)

My brother had a major stroke in 2001 and was put on Coumadin (Warfarin) 4mg then several years later mg was increased to 6mg afterwards having seizures frequently not knowing this may be the cause of the frequency of seizures until a doctor pointed it out later and removed the drug completely.
Please advise.
