Cosi, Inc. Class Action Dismissed

Shareholders tried to file a securities fraud class action against the premium, convenience restaurant company in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. The court dismissed all claims against Cosi and ordered that a final judgment be entered dismissing the action because plaintiffs failed to allege any material misrepresentation or omission by Cosi in the prospectus for its Initial Public Offering.
