A class action lawsuit filed in 2003 was recently tossed from a Jefferson County district court for failure to support claims. The lawsuit was originally brought against Coors Brewing Co, Bacardi USA, Heineken NV and others for targeting advertising to minors. The court found the claims lacking merit and ordered the plaintiffs to pay defendants' legal fees. (Sept-19-05)
