China Aviation Oil Class Action Dismissed

United States shareholders tried to file a class action lawsuit against the jet fuel trader alleging securities fraud. The case was filed in the U.S. Southern District Court of New York on behalf of all those who held or purchased shares between March 27, 2003 and November 30, 2004.
