The bankrupt Beaver County restaurant has agreed to a tentative $800,000 settlement. In November of 2003, almost 9,500 people were exposed to a hepatitis outbreak and needed an immune globulin shot. Over 600 people got sick and four people died from tainted green onions served at the restaurant. (Apr-30-05)
