Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTI), a biopharmaceutical company, announced that a securities fraud class action suit filed November 2005 alleging false statements by company officers has been dismissed. The suit was filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington by purchasers of the publicly traded securities of CTI from June 2004 through March 2005. (Jun-12-06)
