Carriers who had a total loss claim from January 28, 1989 through July 15th, 2005 are included in a class action settlement from the software maker. The lawsuit was related to the valuation of vehicles that were declared total losses by insurers. The settlement is subject to court approval but is set at an estimated $8 million. (Jul-15-05)
