Canada Post, Cybersurf Corp. and 3Web Corp.

A settlement has been reached and is pending court approval in the class action lawsuit filed against Canada Post, Cybersurf Corp. and 3Web Corp. on behalf of 140,000 customers who purchased what was labeled "Absolutely Free Internet For Life" during 2000 and 2001 for a one-time price of $9.95. Under the terms of settlement, a $9.95 refund will be made to everyone who purchased CD-Roms from Canada Post outlets, and they will also receive three months of unlimited free Internet connection.
