A class action settlement of $6.8 million has been awarded to employees who claimed the Californian company failed to pay overtime. Plant engineers, implementation engineers, facilities equipment engineers, and manager who worked for Pacific between June 18, 1998 and April 15, 2000 may be included in the settlement. (May-02-05)
