A $10 million settlement has been granted final approval in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of 1,451 store managers and assistant store managers employed at Big Lots and Pic-N-Save stores for the past six years. I worked at big lots as an asst manager and I would clock out and they would then have me count the drawers and clean up after my time was over so I worked off the clock for 2 months

Why was I never notified of this lawsuit. I was employed from 4/16/2007 through 12/27/2015. I would like info on this as well please.
