Dayton, OH: Three class action lawsuits were filed against the dietary supplement marketer for deceptive practices and false advertising. The lawsuits were filed on behalf of those who purchased Enzyte, which claimed to enhance erection size, and Avlimil, which promised enhanced female sexual response, desire or performance. The case was also filed on behalf of all those who bought any Berkeley products before August 16, 2004 and did not receive requested refunds. Montgomery County Common Pleas Judge John Kessler has granted preliminary approval of a $4.7 million class action settlement. (Nov-01-06)
