United States shareholders filed a class action lawsuit against the Canadian company for allegedly overstating the value of a major contract and putting their own shares in the soil treatment company. The contaminated soil treatment and disposal company did not admit any wrongdoing, but has agreed to a $9.75 million securities fraud settlement. (Sep-01-05)
