A $10 million settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of hundreds of thousands of customers who were charged for long-distance calls they thought were free. The suit was filed in regards to the company's First Rate long-distance plan, which sold for $20 and promised "unlimited" long-distance calling within Canada on weekends and between 6 pm and 8 am during the week.
