BCI shareholders filed a securities class action against the company and parent corporation BCE Inc. The class was seeking $1 billion in compensation for purchasing public stock on December 3rd 2001. The Superior Court dismissed the case in 2004 and the Ontario Court of Appeal just recently denied the case a second time. (Mar-03-05)
