A $107.5 million dollar settlement has been approved in the class action lawsuit filed against Behr Process Corporation in regards to their Super Liquid Raw-Hide or Natural Seal Plus Wood products. The suit alleged that certain sealant products promoted mildew rather than protecting wood services, and the settlement will be paid in the form of cash and merchandise certificates.
