Baseball Commissioner Bud Selig, the major leagues and its 30 teams.



The proposed class action lawsuit filed on behalf of approximately 1,000 former major league players who had brief careers, has been granted a summary judgment in favor of the defendants. The suit alleged employment discrimination, battery, negligence, racial discrimination and conspiracy, however U.S. District Judge Manuel Real found that the case was without merit.
