A Judge has ruled to dismiss a class action lawsuit filed against several bars throughout the city. The lawsuit claimed local bars were conspiring against University of Wisconsin students by price fixing drinks and taking away drink specials. Tavern owner were pressured by council members to help lower excessive drinking by university students. (Apr-08-05)
