I have had fraudulant purchases on my account on the internet and have had to go through with the hassle of changing my card 3 times and filling out paperwork. I would change banks, but I am in the military, and Bank of America is convienent for me because they are everywhere. I want the security I need without paying the extra fees. This happened while I am currently deployed in Afghanistan as well.
