The class action settlement granted to customers in 2002 has recently been reversed. The class claimed they were being charged for a Universal Service Fund and were bound from arbitration to prevent liability. The case against AT&T was dismissed by the 5th District Appellate Court in Mount Vernon, Illinois. (Mar-04-05)
