A class action lawsuit was filed against the graphic chip company for securities fraud. The Ontario Securities Commission claimed ATI did not adequately warn shareholders of a weak quarter in 2000. AIT Tech has agreed to pay the commission a $900,000 settlement for securities fraud. Insider trading chargers are still under investigation. (Mar-29-05)
