Shareholders filed a class action lawsuit against the company in the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island for securities fraud. A $1.5 million settlement has been granted preliminary approval. Shareholders who purchased stocks between September 17, 1997 and April 22, 1999 are included in the class. (Aug-03-05)
