Hamilton Beach/Proctor-Silex Inc.



A class action lawsuit was filed against the appliance manufacturer for allegedly failing to report product defects. The lawsuit claims that various countertop toasters, juice extractors and slow cookers caused a series of fires and injuries related to defects.
