A $15 million settlement has been reached and is pending approval in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of shareholders. The suit was filed by the Teamsters pension and alleged that some members of management of the airline artificially inflated the value of company stock by failing to disclose the magnitude of an FAA investigation into maintenance records back in 1997 and 1998.
