Allstate Insurance Co. Class Action Overruled

A lawsuit was filed and was seeking class action status to represent thousands of Kentucky injury victims. The lawsuit claimed the nation's second largest insurer of homes and autos illegally employed various schemes and delay tactics to bully car accident victims into accepting lowball offers for their pain and suffering.
