Shareholders tried to file a series of class action lawsuits against the company and certain officers and directors for securities fraud. The cases were filed on behalf of purchasers of the company's common stock. The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas granted the company's motion to dismiss the case. (Mar-31-06)
